Well Lucid means to be 'aware'. Our logic center is not active when we dream so being lucid is kind of like it being active. You are aware that you are dreaming and can move/talk/fly do whatever you want in your dream like you are actually there. Some people do get them naturally and have no definition to what it actually is. Some might think it's perfectly normal and everyone has them. Some learn and some have them.

      3. my friend dose not have dreams could LD be teachbel to him well sometimes he has dreams not that muich

You always dream, every single night. It's just to what extent you can recall them. Keeping a dream journal helps recall them and pick out your dream signs and become lucid. You cant "not" dream. We all dream!

And as for audia look into Lucid Aids in Attaining Lucidity!

      Good luck!

And please try to make your english more clear!

A lucid dream is simply a dream in which you know you are dreaming. I think the definition of lucid might be tripping you up in this case. Lucid means clear or easily understood. I can see how that might cause you to misunderstand what lucid dreams are. Just to be clear, a lucid dream is a dream in which you know that you are in a dream. In answer to your question, no, just because you remember a dream with great detail does not make it a lucid dream.

Please work on your grammar/punctuation/spelling. It is very difficult to read your posts.

Well, first i would suggest keeping a dream journal to aid in recall. As for something to try tonight i suppose you could look over this list of induction techniques. http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=74871

You will have to experiment and find out what exactly works best for you. Don't be discouraged if what you try tonight doesn't work. Just be diligent and keep practicing and you will eventually achieve success.

BTW: I forgot in my last post to say WELCOME TO DREAMVIEWS.

If your cousin thinks he doesn't have dreams and he wants to have one, first he has to realize that he has dreams every night. Then, I would suggest keeping a notepad by the bed, and writing down whatever dream fragments he can remember upon waking before doing anything else.

he needs to be patient. he will mpst likely not have a lucid dream on the first night. He should start a dream journal and start doing reality checks during the day. sometimes it take a couple of weeks to have your first ld.

and everyone has dreams he just doesnt remember them. he should try setting some alarms to wake up in the night and write them down.

      dreams are like real life.

You need to do reality checks to test if you are in reality or is in a dream.

There are various reality checks more easy that you can do than trying to fly

Everyone has dreams. Some people just aren't able to recall them that well.

I'll go ahead and look past the atrocious grammar on the chance that English isn't your first language. But to answer your questions:

      1. LD is not just remembering your dreams, that's called dream recall. LD is when you become aware that you are dreaming DURING your dream, and therefore control your dream.

      2. N/A

      3. Your friend does have dreams, and every night. What he doesn't have is dream recall. That can be improved for him by writing the dreams he does remember down in a dream journal. This is said to boost IQ too, but I'm not sure I believe that.

      4. Audio, applied correctly, can be a great way to aid you in Lucid Dreaming.

      Hope that helps.
