      This is something else.

Lucid dreaming is such a gift. It is such an amazing thing. It simply blows my mind on a regular basis. How our minds can create such a thing is beyond me. I'm not sure what the point of this thread was, but lucid dreaming is amazing. *Deposits 2 cents*

Its not the experience I am referring to, although that is amazing as well. Its the idea. That there is an entire world, constructed entirely within your thoughts.

I'd watch it if it weren't for the R rating. Pathetic. They have to turn the most innocent of concepts into the most mature films.

Such a shame that most people waste 25 years of their life in non-lucid sleep when they could be in a different world that whole time.

you said a mouthful. they should be teaching ld in schools. that's the kind of society i want to live in.
It is sometimes an appropriate response to reality to go insane.

Exactly. Even though I'm Agnostic I feel what Christians must feel when they're trying to convert people to Christianity to save them from hell; I feel like I should be spreading the word about LDing or else I'm killing 1/3 of every person who I don't tell
Also I'm making your quote my signature

They should at least make sure everyone knows of its existence.

You're not watching it because its rated R? (I didn't know it was)

I don't remember there being much mature content in it. Maybe they mention sex once or twice?

I angers me more when they edit out material to bring a movie down to a PG level.

A man lights himself on fire.
But still it should be PG 13 or something of the sort, not R.
The U.S. film ratings system is broken, the Canadian one is too but not quite as much...

i think its only rated R because of the scene with the guy thats in jail, I think he says "Fuck" quite a few times. but thats still no reason not to see this movie, and might I add it is hands down one of the greatest movies ive ever seen.
