Well, unless you believe in OBEs, realizing that half your body actually is not stuck in your real body should help. In my experience, during a lucid, whenever I've felt as if part of me is in my real body either A. I'm waking up or B. (the most common,) I am only imaginning being trapped.
If you have to, do a confidence builder to 'pull' your dream body fully into the WILD. Stand up, (within the WILD,) and just grab your dream body out of your 'real body.' Who knows, it might actually be fun! Just understand, this is probably a version of what is called a false awakening, (where you think you've woken up in dream butare still asleep.)
