Thread: why did lucidity.com stop making the Nova Dreamer?

If it worked, they'd have no reason to stop making it. But if it didn't work, why did they make it in the first place?

Welcome to dreamviews flashdance. I believe that they have stopped making it because they are currently working on an improved version. You can still buy them on ebay, or even buy a cheaper do it yourself kit.

there is the link to the cheaper mask, don't know if you wanted it but just thought I would post it. I would like to see how this one works for people compared to the nova dreamer.

I didn't know this. It does seem a little like you're cheating using a nova dreamer, but I think it's a great invention if it works.

Cheating? I think of the Nova as like training wheels. Once you are proficient enough in attaining lucidity, knowing the signs, and getting into a rythm, it starts to affect your performance less and less, and soon you realize you'd do better without it. At least thats how it worked for me.
