Umm... I don't mean to be a party pooper but REM cycles occur at about 90min intervals after falling asleep and it's almost impossible to hit REM right after falling asleep although you can get it in about 5mins if you learn to power-nap. |

Don't know
right after falling asleep
1 hour after falling asleep
2 hours after falling asleep
3 hours after falling asleep
4 hours after falling asleep
5 hours after falling asleep
6 hours after falling asleep
7 hours after falling asleep
8 or more hours after falling asleep (specify if you want)
Well, I think that the first and only lucid dream I've had was thanks to a mixture of WILD+WBTB+DEILD, I was having a REALLY good dream and woke up cause I heard a noise, but didn't open my eyes or anything, I just went back to my dream thinking "I might get lucky and make it lucid" and well it happened (although my GF, who was in the dream kinda helped me out) anyways, I obviously became lucid because I did this during my REM cycle, |
