      Stranger New Sleep Pattern

For the last little while, while attempting to WILD, I have been waking up throughout the morning. Like I could wake up at 4am, accidentally fall asleep, and then wake up at 5am. Then 6am. I don't know if this just happening for no reason, or because my brain knew I fell asleep, and it wanted to wake me up for another try.

Any thought on this? Why am I waking up so often?

Hmmm. That started happening to me a lot when i started writing all of my dreams on DJ. I got it like an habit and i would awake everytime after i had a dream and sometimes even when i didn't dream at all (or, at least, i didn't remember doing it) but some time after getting asleep.

Lately i have been busy a lot so i haven't kept track of my dreams on DJ due to the need of sleeping properly. And this seems to be stoping. Lately i have been sleeping only with me awakening 1 time per night or don't even awakening at all.

Ofc i haven't been having a lot of LD but for some obscure reason the training i did seems to have given me the capacity to remember at least 2 full dreams per night even without writing them down. Anyway it isn't so efficient as the DJ as i can't induce many LDs anymore although i can remember very well some dreams.

Maybe the same is happening to you.

Holy crap! I am noticing the same thing! I was always waking up at 4 30 am every night then at 7 am right after dreams when I was writing in my journal. Now all I do is try and remember them and write them down later. I think I just need a new dream journal, mine is falling apart.

I use the dream journal 2.0 now on my comp http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=79888 and it's awesome, just got it but I'm writing everything down in it that I got so far and gunna start my physical journal from scratch. You guys should DL this program, it's awesome and many tabs for different things to organize your dreams, character, dreamsigns, location ETC. Its awesome.

Hey, that seems a nice program.

I might try using it as lately i haven't had the time to write my dreams down during the night but i still remember them during the next day.
