Yay! I had my first lucid dream! :D

I can't believe it! First I want to say that I have had many other lucid dreams before, but they were for split seconds. I would gain lucidity, then instantly wake up. So this is my first one where I actually got to walk around and do stuff.
Okay, so it started out in my old house. My sister's husband, Christopher was there, and also my friend's little sister, Torrey. We were all standing in the kitchen. Christopher went and sat down at the table, and Torrey stood there and stared at me. I had scissors in my hand. I cut all of her hair off. She laughed and sat down at the table too. I stood behind her. I looked at her new haircut, looked away, and looked back. Her hair had grown down to her feet! I thought: "Whoa! I'm dreaming!!" I stood in shock. I looked around for a minute, and walked outside into my front yard. I walked onto the street. I wanted to fly. (That's one of my goals. Is to learn to fly.) So I got a running start, and I jumped. I pictured myself in the air, and everything. But nothing happened when I jumped. I thought: "Maybe this isn't really a dream. Maybe I'm just crazy."
I went back inside, and Torrey and Christopher were gone. There was a big digital clock sitting on the couch. I stared at it. There were three numbers I saw: 73, 80, and lastly 16:00. I thought: "16:00?? Ok, maybe this is a dream." I ran back outside onto the street, and jumped again. I was in the air, flying!! I couldn't believe it! It was so amazing. I fell downwards and hit the ground hard. (By the way, I felt pain when I fell. Did that happen because I was thinking it would hurt when I fell?) My dream was starting to fade. It was getting all black and dark. I tried spinning, but woke up.
And that was my first LD.
Sorry it was so long!! Thanks for reading!!! Also, can you answer my question? Why did I feel pain when I fell down? I think it was because I was thinking that it would hurt when I was falling? Thanks!!!

Yeah, im not an expert but expecting to feel pain you most likely will. Anyway Congrats!!! I hope you have more tonight

Yup, pain is very common in dreams. We literally experience whatever our mind thinks we're experiencing. I remember getting a rapier slid into my gut by a pompous Irish lord and it hurt - it's not... uncomfortable in that you want it to stop, but its very interesting! I also had an intense feeling of pain when I dreamed of cutting myself shaving.
