I believe there are levels of lucidity and this dreaming about lucid dreaming is the first level. I often have dreams where I am in a lucid dream school and am being taught how to do reality checks. But I don't become lucid. I call this the first level. |

i had a dream last night i was being chased by this clown like thing with a black robe and cape. he was chasing me untill i realized there was a fence i could jump over and escape. and of course as soon as i found a way out i jumped over the fence and right after i escaped i realized i said hey im dreaming then i proceeded to destroy the clown and fly around. then i woke up and realized that i wasnt lucid i was just have a dream i became lucid
.( does that make sense? )

I don't really believe in levels of lucidity, I mean, you are either Lucid or you're not. You either know it's a dream or you don't. It doesn't matter if you dream about Lucid Dreaming if you don't know that it's a dream, you're still not lucid.
