Gneh, asking yourself?

I've been into lucid dreaming sence the beginning of last year, and I've only had one lucid dream sence. I can't get to asking myself if I'm dreaming(which I've only one twice), any suggestions?

well im trieing something i saw on a site, it says to ask yourself if ure dreaming and look at ure hands during the day, the theory is that if u do this enough you'll do it in your dreams, i just started trieing it today

I learned the hands thing reading from Castaneda. That's what made me realize it the first time I was lucid.

Uh, I ask myself if I'm dreaming so damn much in the day, at least 30 times. I'll try the hands things though.
