Sounds like you need to start keeping a dream journal. Just log down anything you remember from your dreams whenever you wake up in the night. What I do is write down the major details then after I wake up and maybe have breakfast I write all the rest down.

Also, if you have had good dream recall before then I would say either you're having a small dry spell and you will break out of it eventually or you're trying too hard or worrying too much on trying to have a lucid dream. Just keep a strong dream journal and find a good technique for you and you should be on your way to Lucid dreaming every night !

Hope this helped and Good Luck!

Do you not remember them even if you have just woken from it? Maybe, you just lose the memory of the LD because the next REM cycle erases a bit of it. I would suggest that when you get a LD, you should wake yourself up when you feel the dream fading. That way you can wake up and write it down.

I have had this when I WBTB and have a couple of LD's. I have an LD, wake up and go back to sleep to try and have another without recording the previous one. I will usually lose the visual memory, but can usually remember the jist of what happened.
