First off, anyone under 18 should never even get close to this product. It is not a cheap high. You have to be ready for it. Even the mazatecs would only start using it at the age of 30. It is not just a lucid experience as you might think. It is much different than astral projecting. AP is where you would force yourself into a dream. I would recommend learning to astral project if you are too young. Now salvia is fine in low dosages. It does help with meditation. I have also noticed that since taking it I have always had very interesting dreams.
