What's missing from Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming?

ETWOLD is about twenty years old now. If ETWOLD were to be published for the first time today, or were to be updated, what information do you think should be included?

      I would suggest Adam's technique:

      http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...=adam%27s+wild

where you don't use HI to induce WILD, but instead you focus on feeling yourself falling through your bed and continuing to fall/spin.

"- Lay as still as you can, eyes shut, and preferably on your back, although not imperative, I find it easier to manipulate the sensations on my back, but try what is best for you. I focus my attention on my body; primarily on my back (this is why lying on your back helps). At first it seems there is not a great deal going on, but usually to start off with I will focus my attention on my back sinking into my bed. Sometimes in tandem my eyes will also feel as if they are looking further away into blackness. Like when you concentrate on your eyelids, it’s like you are looking beyond them. I use this visualisation to make it feel like I am sinking deeper into my bed."

      Synthix's Reverse Blinking:

      http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=24607

"Get comfy and relaxed. Close your eyes. Now, every 5 seconds or so open them quickly, only long enough to focus on something then close them. It's like blinking in reverse. Your mind doesn't have time to wander but the bizarre thing is you can tumble into trance, and your body relaxes at an incredible rate. Before long, your eyes are heavy and it's almost a struggle to open them. You are completely unaware of how deep you are going until you stop opening them (you stop opening them when you feel you could fall asleep). When you do stop, you feel you are falling into an abyss - it's easy to hold, you are fully alert and it doesn't take forever."

The TUILD should definitely be included in any updated version of the book.
