      Meditating....

      I wasn't sure where to put this so I put it here and Im pretty sure there aren't other topics about this.

      I've read here where people recommend meditating to others and I've decided to try it out. Only problem is I have no idea how to do it nor how to achieve this state of total deep relaxation.

      Anything related to meditation would be appreciated. Thanks for your input
