For the past 4 months I have been at this site and since that time I have been hearing about B6. Yestersay I bought some. I took two 50mg tablets and 4:10 and two more at 11:30 when I went to bed. Last night I have what I am going to call my first LD. I did not really do a RC but I just realized how stupid what was going on was. And that feeling you get when you know you are lucid for the first time is amazing. But I dont think that 4 months of failure was broken when I just happend to take B6. Although my recall was bad and I can only remember setting this little kid on fire (to test if I was dreaming....WHAT!!!) and going back to my room to have sex. In between those to points I cant remember anything.

So with that I think that mint tea is much better then B6 for fostering better recall. But what people want is the LD so obviously B6 is better. Iam not a Dream Guide nor an I experienced enough to give great advice, but I think that the combination of Mint Tea and B6 could raise the chance of someone getting an LD and remebering it. I will be trying this tonight if any one else what to test this "theory" along with me.
