      dreaming of lucid dreaming?

A few nights ago, I dreamt that I was in a lucid dream - Changing scenery and everything - But I didn't know I was actually in a dream if that makes any sense. It was really confusing O_O

I've had over a dozen of 'em, I call them "fake lucid dreams".
I had one last night, after using my mantra "I will question and test my environment" (before this one, my last fake ld was probably over half a year ago. I didn't use a mantra during that time).

If I'm not mistaken, dreaming of lucid dreaming is a sign that we're getting closer to actually becoming lucid
      Main LD goals:
      - Futuristic/sci-fi/cyberpunk big city
      - Fantasy role-playing game
      - Flight and other super powers
      - Use lucid dreaming as a study-aid
      - Personal development, inner peace etc

I have had a similar issue. I dreamt about lucid dreams without actually making the connection..really frustrating, but I guess it means getting closer. Also I've noticed increased awareness, in only a few dreams, determining that things were very odd, but still unable to put two and two together.

lol that's kind of funny. I remember having a lucid dream, and then I had a false awakening. I was mad and was thinking with a friend about what I should do in my next lucid dream, and then said "I can't wait for my next lucid"
I felt like such an idiot when I woke up for real.
