      Major dry spell...

I'm not exactly the biggest lucid dreamer in the world, but i've been having them for a few years or so, and enjoy them when I do get one. I've never kept a dream journal or anything, but I use to naturally dild once every 2 weeks or so, but lately over the past few months, i haven't had a single one. I still do reality checks in real life, but they no longer carry through into my dreams anymore, hence i no longer get lucid...

any tips on how to start Ld'ing again?

Edit: oops, I should of put this in the attaining lucidity forum, I suppose. sorry

Here's something I posted in a similar thread:

When I was having lucids a few years ago, all I did was keep a dream journal for about a 2-3 weeks, and the lucids started coming.

Yeah im pretty much the same. I find though when i lay off writing in my dream journal, my dream recall will gradually decrease unitll i start activily trying to remember my dreams again.

So id suggest just try and remember your dreams by writing them down straight after from awakening. Within a week or two you should be back on track.
