Semi - Paralysis within my Lucid Dreams

Hello Everyone! I have a few questions which I would like to get resolved. First, let me explain how I come to having a lucid dream. For me, my lucid dreams come very randomly and occur with shakes and twitches and then I'm usually standing around my mind's representation of my room. Here is the problem: half of my body is paralyzed even though I know I am dreaming. Sometimes my arms don't work, one side of my face can't move, or I can barely walk within these semi - lucid states.

Also, when I am semi lucid or lucid - I turn around and state, "When I turn around, so and so will appear (usually a beautiful woman). 50% of the time - nothing appears or if something does appear it is not my creation. Any advice?

      Thank You For Your Time

Honestly, i find this whole lucid dreaming thing so scary, just the thought of something appearing that you didn't ask for just creeps me out.
I guess i've watched too many movies.

Thats how i became lucid, just randomly realized im standing in my room, and i was like oh look a mirror, am i dreaming ?

I gained lucidity, but i lost control when a DC started talking to me. I was like wtf?!

But yeah, i dont know how to help you i just thought you should know you're not the only one.
      hey there.

When I was a kid I would randomly become paralyzed in a dream, the only trend was the fact that something dangerous was about to happen or was coming after me
