Just relax and forget about Lucid dreaming tonight. Go to sleep like you normaly would, let your thoughts carry you away into sleep.

You should give a try to RELAXING! Whatever makes you happy! Consider yourself as an individual and listen to your own wants and needs. So, have you decided whether to take those antidepressants? I won't play doctor, but i think that is just horrible.
Come on! What if Martin Luther King said: "I kinda have a dream... nah, I don't wanna talk about it."

I would only take pills as a last resort. prior to that relax, do some meditation or something...

Try doing some meditation. You started feeling all of this while you were trying to do a WILD, right? I recommend that you don't try WILDing again, take the vitamins like your doctor said, and be wary of taking antidepressants. Some doctors I think just like to use drugs as a cure-all and prescribe them for everything. Meditate, calm yourself down, and analyze what you are feeling then. Working yourself up will do nothing towards helping you out.

Are the problems still going on?

If so, I'm far from an expert, but I have some ideas on what can help.

Try perhaps taking some melatonin before you go to sleep at night, that could set things back to normal.

Also, I'm pretty sure that I-doser has a binaural beat for "reset", and that may be able to get you out of your condition. If you are interested in more information, or a torrent, feel free to pm me.
