i forgot to mention that i had given up on my meditations after 30 minuets of trying and rolled over from my back to my side and then i almost immidietly lost conscienceness. Then i entered my LD. so yea. i gave up and wasnt expecting one. |

Well, you have to realize, first of all, that meditation doesn't have to be a night long endevour. Meditation can take 5 minutes or 5 hours, it's up to you completely. |

oh i know. im not saying that i get my square pillow out and go all buddah. its just me lying there focusing on my breathing and relaxing my body. I only do that for about 15 minuets or for however long i actaully do feel relaxed as a result of it. Ive learned over the last few days to just do it because of the relaxation and not the end result of an LD and i get close to SP faster. But still havnt had my 2nd LD. oh well. it well happen eventually, and i cant wait! |

That's the spirit, man! Just be happy, look forward to your next one. it'll come. Eventually, you'll learn how to induce them at will. it just takes practice. |
