Offense unintended but I see no reason for wbtb; I am lucid so messing with my sleep schedule is not going to change that. I recommend an attempt at meditation or just try to get really exited about lucidity. With it on the mind connecting to strong positive emotion I prophesize it's inevitability. I'll possibly get started on an article for my thoughts on the method's, but assuredly most are just silly ways to get intention at the forfront of INI consciousness. The whole WBTB thing has me reminded of Buckminster Fuller's dymaxion sleep cycle or that 20 minute nap idea from the book "The game". Of course messing with melatonin has it's use but realise you are. |
