If you mean that you are starting to focus on your real body and not your dream one, then I've heard that what to do is to spin in your dream/rub your hands. This focuses your senses in your dream and helps you to stay in your dream longer. |

Well im new here but i know i have been having lucid dreams for years (im only 16) but as much as i love it, i cant quite grasp the time thing. if i try and do too much, my mind realises im awake and the rest of my body follows you know? id be lucky if i made it over 5 or 10 minutes in a lucid dream. i know if i slow down a bit i can make it last a little longer, anyone else have any tips? |

Stay calm ever time you start to get over excited remind yourself to calm down a little bit, maybe spend some time stabilizing the dream when you become lucid, rub your hands together, spin, and start using your senses to stabilize the dream. anything else i can think of i'll add it but more people will be along soon to add there advice, welcome by the way!! |
