What is SP? And how do you go into it?

I dont know whether this is SP but, if i stay still in bed for a longtime trying to lucid dream, i go all numb and dont feel like moving, but i can if i wanted to. How do i enter SP? Like, is it paralysed in bed whilst still awake?! or a false awakening in a dream where you cant move? or do you see illusions, or something else?

In most cases of SP, you cannot move, your body is paralyzed and it takes a serious effort to break out of it. You may see things, you may hear things, sometimes kind of scary.

In a false awakening, you are already in a dream state and can usually move around without any problems.

What you describe with the numbness is a result of relaxation and will usually lead to sleep. I've experienced it many times while meditating.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...
