I didn't really focus on my DG until i read The Art of Dreaming by Carlos Castaneda and found it might be helpful to personal progression for me to meet my DG and speak to it, I began searching the very wrong way lol. I would remember in my dream that i wanted to meet it but wouldn't know where to look so i would ask Dream Characters if they were my DG. Hysterically they would answer with things like "huh, are you mad?" or "foolish child" or other phrases that reflected their disconnect from me. Finally i had a dream that i was lost in this forest and there was only me for the longest time, and the forest was ENORMOUS, as that i tried flying up into the sky and across it to exit but it went on and on and on.... So once i returned to travel on foot i happened upon a tree that was a dogwood and oak wrapped around each other, and a Cheshire cat sat on a knot growing from the tree that resembled a cat pet bed, me and the Cheshire cat spoke for a long time in that dream and in other random dreams, but in the first talk he revealed in a riddled way what i believe to be his identity as my DG. He explained that he would always be present but never acting upon my dreams, and i would always be able to see him if i knew how to look, and when to see... he confuses the hell outta me sometimes... but that's how i met mine |
