      Well, here's one post on meditation that I found. http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=122577 There are some ppl's techniques that they use so you can try one of their's or make up one of your own.

      here is the 61 point relaxation technique , same as ame posted only its in the turtorial section, haa... (it's the same technique found in "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming")

      here's a hint, google.com- meditation.

      thats surefire to find you something. google has everything. I've found lots of good techniques online through google specifically. glad your interested in meditation, good luck man
