i keep confusing things up lately, i have been dreaming more, and sometimes i will remember something, but im not sure weather it happened in a dream, or in real life. is this normal to do? should i be concerned as i progress along with lucid dreaming? |

well maybe i should say it both ways, usualy it sconfusing reality with dreams. like ill think my gf said something to me, then im like, wait, was that just in a dream? and i never know? so i have to think for a while. if i think hard enough i can usually figure it out. but do you still think it's something to be concerned about? |

Well, I am no medical expert obviously, so I couldn't say. But it doesn't seem right to me. |

usually when i dream they aren't very vivid. it's like looking through a dark , and a little blurry, glass. like icna make out detail so it's not to blurry or dark. besides pills or anything , would you recomend anything else for me to increase my clarity in just a normal dream? is there a possible way of doing this? of course my final goal is to have very clear lucid dreams, but until i can attain lucidity whenever i want |
