My First Lucid Dream! Wooaaaah!

I've been researching around the topic of Lucid Dreaming for a couple of months now, without any prior success. But tonight was my night! After falling asleep at 11pm, and waking up at 5am without any intentions to induce a lucid dream, I went back to sleep. Then I had one of those most amazing dreams! It started off in Manchester United football stadium, even though I've never been. Then on the big speakers the song 'War' by Edwin Starr came on, and the whole crowd started singing to it. Then the speakers cut out. But we still carried on! I hadn't attained lucidity at this point yet. But it was awesome! My dream transitioned into another, and I was ontop of the Venezuelan mountains in an old barn. My old college security guard started shooting at me, and was using helicopters and stuff to try and get me, but couldn't. After a long bout of shooting about and having helicopters come after me, he came into the barn and shot me once...then left. I went to the window and started shooting him in the back. Then I went outside. Suddenly, I said to myself "Even though I'm dreaming". Then I gained lucidity! The first thing I attempted was to fly, and I succeeded! After 10 seconds or so, I woke up. It was absolutely phenomenal, and it felt as if I was conscious in the normal, everyday world. It was absolutely mind blowing! I am absolutely flabbergasted!

awwww i am so happy for you man seriously sounded like quiet the dream! So when you where Lucid does it actually feel like how you feel in every day life? or does it feel like you are in a dream? Sorry need to ask because ive never had one Once again... Good Work!

Sorry need to ask because ive never had one Once again... Good Work! Whilst in the dream, it is as if you are conscious, and in the everyday world. I had normal thought - I could name objects, I could think of what I wanted to do in this dream world etc. Honestly, it feels absolutely the same. But once you wake up, you can tell the difference.
