      Drinking and Lucid Dreaming...

A lot of the 'relevant' threads regarding drinking and LD'ing are a bit out date. So, here I am tonight. Drinking some Coors Light. Feeling a tiny little buzz and i'm wondering. Will this have any effect on my lucid dreaming? As of today, i'm focusing on DILD, or just plain on LD'ing itself....

Any comments on drinking and LD'ing in the same night? Whether you've been successful or not, what are your experiences?

Able to maintain a LD, not able to have an LD, or what.....

How many drinks are we talking here?

I see that BillyBob said not to drink. Has anyone LD'd while drinking in the same night?

I have. But only since I started taking sermorelin (RX'd for low Growth hormone). they said dreams would be pretty intense. I welcome that as I'm a big LDer, but also like to have a few drinks now and then.

Even naps in the afternoon I dream very vividly and often have a LD. Lately I've been having issues with sight, though like you're looking into the sun and can't see anything. I wake up remembering I was rubbing my eyes because I couldn't clear things up. Kinda stinks, but oh well.

A few not too bad, unless you are all:

"oh god I just realized hwo bad the bears are

      oh god

      oh god someone help me"

Anyway, it works to mess up your sleep & disrupting the sleeping sequence
      REM sleep is less restful.

I used to become heavily intoxicated & Lucid dream late after like 13 hours of sleep. I think my headache helped me split off into LD'ing.

I soon stopped due to health consequences of alcohol consumption.
Not recommended, but we all have to live a little sometimes

Well I think a while ago I posted about having lucid dreams after jager bombs, a couple nights or weeks in a row.
I also have had lucid dreams after getting drunk off delirum tremens , I think.
I have a feeling it was darker beers that for some reason made me have or think I had more lucid dreams.
