I was lying in bed for a good hour and my muscles started twitching after what i believe was SP...i was seeing HI and at one point i felt like my arm had a object in it, like a dream body, so i took the opportunity and jumped into it and ended up waking up because i was using my real arm. My arm felt so weird and i did RC's and i was truly awake..what happened? |

Do an RC before making bold steps like that. If you want one that doesn't require lots of movement that could wake you, here's a simple breathing test. You know the muscles in your throat that close off your windpipe when you swallow something? Well you are able to do that voluntarily, also. So do that and try to inhale or exhale. If you don't have any issue whatsoever breathing, it's more likely you're dreaming. But if you can't breathe at all or it sounds like you're snoring, it's still reality. |
