So i found this iPhone app called Sleep Cycle Alarm or something which you start the app and put the iPhone under your sheets and it will wake you up when your not in deep sleep so it will be easier to get up from bed.
If its work or not is another discussion, but i wonder if it would have any effect if youre into Lucid dreaming. If you set your alarm to go off 5 hours or so after you went to bed, would it be less effective if you wake up while your not in deep sleep?
