IF YOU SEE HENDRIX TELL HIM I SAID HI!!!!! |

Any musicians (or non-musicians) ever try playing music in their dreams? I've never had an actual lucid dream about music but I've had normal dreams about it, and some pretty wild music comes out. I wonder if I can make the sounds I create correspond to my hand movements. If I can get lucid tonight, I'll jam it out and see what happens. I'll try and get Jimi Hendrix to give me a guitar lesson, see what comes of that. |

This was one of my all time favorite #1 dreams EVER. I've played Bass for many years and jammed with many people in many settings, but this was my favorite.I used to frequently sleep with the tunes on, when I was single, and one night I had such a vivid dream that it felt real, it wasn't lucid but real close to it. I was on a stage jammin with Jimmi Page, Robert Plant and John Bonham ( even though Bonham had already died about ten years earlier ). We were jammin out to Black Dog and at the end of the song I woke up and Black Dog was just ending on my stereo. It may not seem like much of a dream to many, but LZ is my favorite band and it was so real. I think about it from time to time and get a kick out of it. Hope you can have a similar experience. Try turning your jams on before bed sometime. |

Been thinking about one of my goals, which is to write some part of a song, either words or music or both, during a lucid dream. I've been wondering if it's too intense for me to do, being so inexperienced with LDing, but I haven't yet had a chance to TEST whether or not it's too intense. |

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
