      A WILD question!

      I was just wondering, when one uses the WILD technique, does their body fall asleep once they fully enter the dream? I'm not sure if I'm that keen on the idea of dreaming when I'm awake!

      WILD is nothing more than a method to keep your concious mind awake while you fall asleep. After transitioning into the dream, it is no different than any other type of lucid dream.
