SP/HH in dreams?

Alright this happened to me twice last night and has happened many times. I keep having dreams in which I am trying to induce a WILD and fall into sleep paralysis/HH. I say SP cause this is generally associated with HH, I never even attempt to move anyways so I have no idea. Last night this happened twice, where I was dreaming about trying to WILD and got HH. I remember very vividly the most recent one of last night. I was on the couch of the second story of a house where the stair to hall transition hangs over and you can see the huge living room. There was a couch, it was a beach house and it was raining. I was trying to WILD hanging over with my stomach on the corner of the couch on this overhang and my face laying where you would sit, like I was hungover or something. It was comfortable though. Anyways I was trying to WILD and this chick I know (took me 3 years to figure out her gender..) walked in. So I looked real quick cause I heard her and then closed my eyes pretending not to be asleep. She saw me on the couch. I started waiting for imagery, but it wasn't coming. Then I got a full body vibration (fun!) and loud ringing. Inside my eyelids I was seeing strobe lights, like internet programs that flash at a certain Hz you specify. Just a huge black/white strobe and ringing and full body vibrations. But this was all INSIDE the dream, not me awake in bed trying to get HH.. Any explanations/experiences or just whatever?

Alright, let's see them! I find this really interesting. I also sometimes have dreams where I'm trying to come lucid and waiting for HH but the imagery never comes and I just dream of falling asleep.

Interesting thread. Good informative read. The reason I said "SP" is cause that's what the majority of people think of with HH. It makes it easier to understand for others.

I think I have experienced this twice. The first time I was in a dream where I was playing Beatles Rock Band on playstation with my brother and got bored and wanted to lucid dream, so I lay down, experienced SP and got into a lucid dream. This was an actual lucid dream, and upon waking I thought I must have really WILDed, until I remembered I don't own Beatles Rock Band :p The second time I attempted to WILD in a dream, I ended up just getting stuck in SP in the dream, with people going on about their activities around me (which I could see btw) and I kept willing people in my dream to shake me to get me out of it, to no avail. Is this what you meant?

yeah, like the beatles rock band. It's so realistic. I LOVE it though! The full body vibrations and the strobe is SO fun.
