      Good autosuggestions?

I am sure there have been threads like this before, but I need a good autosuggestion/mantra to induce a lucid dream, and one that will help me remember it. Any ideas?

      1. Start a dream journal and look for common dream signs and themes.
      2. Try to do a reality check in a common situation (e.g. every time you walk through a door).
      Lolwut.

Did you even read the OP's post before you posted?

"I will remember to do a reality check whilst in a dream."
"When I am dreaming, I will do a reality check."
"My dreams will be vivid and detailed."
"I will remember my dreams upon waking."

Just a few decent ones as examples that I made up on the spot, it is best if you create them yourself to suit you instead of following other peoples who have been designed to suit them.

I can easily recognize when I'm dreaming and I have full control over the dream state.
I will have long vivid, highly lucid, realistic lucid dreams every night with full control, and remember the dreams in vivid detail upon awakening. These are from another post, but thought I would share anyway.

You are seriously an idiot. But, someone already pointed that out, so I guess it's ok.

I thought that autosuggestion = things that will trigger you to question your lucidity. But I could be wrong.

Nah im pretty sure thats not right. I think its where you repeat a sentence to yourself over and over again (works best while going to sleep).

I wonder if there are specific mantras to induce lucid dreaming. It only requires will power. Go to bed willing to remember your dreams or become lucid. Anyway, I did a bit of Googling for you and turned up the following interesting links. You could check them out.

I think you also need to research MILD (Mnemonic induced lucid dreaming), which requires the repetition of a mantra.

I have not tried too many mantras, but I can tell you a few simple ones.

      1. Saying "I am asleep" during the day to myself seemed to help me achieve some lucids.

      2. "The next time I open my eyes, I will be dreaming", "I will have a lucid dream tonight", "I will do a reality check in a dream and become lucid".

      Good luck!
