      My first sleep paralysis

      I was just in my bed trying to go to sleep. I went to bed earlier than normal so I couldn't sleep. Anyway, I was thinking about all this things and suddenly I felt strange, I thought that I could be dreaming so I wanted to do a reality check. I wanted to pinch my nose and see if I can breathe. I tried to move my hand but it wouldn't move I then tried to move my leg and the same thing happened (or nothing happened). What a great feeling. Maybe I was close to a LD what do you think?
