I Did It Wooot Lucid Dreamed..>!>!!!!

Well last night before waking up at 3:50 or so as usual, I had some dreams and then a scene...... I was IN there, I felt alive and IN the dream, usually I don't feel that, and then well, suffice to say all I did was try to remember how I got there and what my intention for this LD session would be, I can't find the logic behind that now that I'm awake, but I'm sure it's lucid, I see bushes they were bright and after 10-20 sec of trying to remember it ended. I presumably woke up after that...... or maybe had some dreams, but when I woke up for the heck of it even if I was weary I was sure than ever I LDED, I went down wrote LD as a key, then Lucid Dream.... incase I wasn't convinced when I actually woke up in morning because god knows what I write... sometimes I can't even find a memory connected to them but they happened anyways, and wrote down WOOT

So i hope I improved. Do you think it was LD?

That post was incredibly difficult to follow, buddy. I can understand you were/are excited, but GOD if you want us to help you, please be as coherent and consistent as possible with your thoughts.

However, I'm afraid I can't say that by definition you had a lucid dream. When you were in the dream, did you KNOW or ACKNOWLEDGE or RECOGNIZE that you were dreaming?

This is how I know if I've had a lucid. I know the slight frustration from waking up after having total control in my dreams, yet not being able to call it a lucid because even though I was doing in the dream what I would do during a lucid, it WASN'T a lucid dream, because it didn't fit my definitional criteria. Regardless, I had to be honest with myself; I'd suggest doing the same here if you really want to know if it were a lucid - be honest with yourself, did you know that you were dreaming?

Sounds like it was a cool dream nonetheless, congrats on that, man!

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.

I was aware I was dreaming and I was excited. I had myself lost too, what I meant was I spent the time trying to remember my intention from waking life, "what to do" when I lucid dream, I can't remember and it ends after 10-20 sec

And as much as I don't want to confuse a dream with a lucid dream, I'm pretty sure I was lucid in all definition. Okay, maybe I didn't have time. Lol I kind of rushed the thing.

But the thing is, it was fast.

Then you just had a lucid dream, friend!

You say you spent the dream trying to think of what it was you wanted to do with the lucid dream? I say, have some goals for your lucid dreams so you have direction with some of them when you can't think of anything else, but don't confine yourself to only doing your goals - when you're lucid, be lucid! Do your goals when you can, but do things you think of during the dream too.

      Happy dreaming!
