Thread: what do you use lucid dreams for?

I was just wondering what you guys use your lucid dreams for.
I mean i have read books suggesting that you can use them to practice certain activities so that you can become better in waking life and a lot of people suggest using lucid dreams to explore your subconscious but i was wonder how many of you have made a certain goal to really try some of these things on a rather long time line, weeks or months or how many of you use them to just kinda mess around and try out some fun new things here and there?
