      Did I max out?

I have a 9.5 hour sleep schedule, and I was wondering if I maxed out on my recall.

Just how many dreams are possible in one night? last night I remember 7 dreams. 4 of them were lucid. I never heard of any experiences over 7.

Not even close. I've slept for an entire 24 hours (or more) because I was sick. I was in and out of sleep.

I had so much dreams that I didn't know which reality was real. Because most of them were lucid.

I'd say I had 30 dreams in total. If not more. I woke up like once every 1 - 2 hours and could recall them with vividness.

But for normal sleep that pretty good I geuss.

7 Dreams, and 4 were lucid? Cool.

I wouldn't say that you maxed out though. I've had crazy amounts of dreams some nights, especially when I'm ill (in fact, I get HI nearly all the time when I come down with something like the flu), maybe about 15+ in one night. They tend to be rather short dreams though, lasting no longer than 30 seconds most of the time.

Well, saying that there's no rebound, no extended sleep periods, and no illness.. just normal nights.
