I believe that technique is generally used as you awake from the dream -- it's not really something to recall dreams that you've long forgotten, more to prevent you from forgetting them in the first place. |

in two of my dreams, one from early this month and one from last month, i had important conversations with someone but i can not remember them. i tried the method that people say to try when you wake up just sit still and try to recall your dream but it has not worked. i feel the need to recall theses conversations. how can i do that? |

I'd rather be asleep and living than awake and dreaming.
If you've been at a loss to recall a dream for more than a month, I strongly doubt you'll ever get it back. My recommendation is to continue to observe your dreams in case these reoccur, or attempt to contact those people during a lucid dream. Those are my only bits of advice I can see helping at this point. |

DV Dictionary. / Verious: a definition. /
I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
