      Dream Yoga in a dream

I just thought of a cool thing to do in a lucid dream
especially for those who pracctise dream yoga.

When you get lucid try to live your waking life in the dream.

Wake up, eat breakfast, go to school, work, meet the your friends and walk around in your house and so on

Then it will be easier to pracctise dream yoga in the waking world.

Maybe this is what dream yoga is all about :S but it seems cool to just live your waking life while you know it is a dream anyway.

From what I have read dream yoga seems exactly like LDing, I could be wrong I am not claiming to be right. But, why would you live waking life in a dream? Isn't the purpose of a dream to do things that aren't possible in waking life, make your wildest dreams come true? I am not saying you are wrong or disagreeing with you, just curious.

Hmm, I've never really tried this before. I do, however, treat my dreams as real experiences when I'm lucid. Kind of like an alternate universe/other life. When I talk to people I know in my dreams (like my friends) I treat them as if they are also lucid in there with me. When you treat DCs as if they are also dreamers, it makes the experience THAT much more real and engaging, imo!
