      pulling away from LD help?

Is it normal to be feeling pulling away sensation from the dream world once you realize that you are dreaming. Then continue the LD by getting out of bed and still being Lucid. Why is it that I left the dream world in which I was just in, and ended up in my bedroom? Any one understand? Is there away to stop this...(:

PS. Another detail is that the reason I knew it was still Lucid when I woke up is because I looked at my hands and they were about 80 percent see-threw, haha. Then I tried imagining that they were there and what it would feel like if I were rubbing them to stabilize my senses. But the LD didn't last that long for some reason even after I tried stabilizing my sense's. Lets just say about one minute, I never even left my bed room scene. ):
