Yes, I'm sure! I have chronic sleep paralysis so I can recognize that easily. My last dream I was lying in bed and became lucid when I clearly saw a random hole in my ceiling and recognized things were unusually vivid. I did a reality check too. However, then I couldn't get myself to sit up and I woke up quickly! It's really strange :\. |

Try using an OBE exit technique. Your body is in sleep paralysis already whether you are aware of it or not. It enters sleep paraysls the minute you start dreaming. Whether your fully concious you are in SP or simply in a dream construct, it should work either way. If anything it will set your intent to gain conscious control. |

I once had a problem, with physical motion. If I used self-hypnosis to enter lucid state, by body would not sleep correctly. It was uncomfortable. Otherwise, in normal lucid state, fear plays a part in one's progress. One must learn to master it. |
