      Drunk zombie...

      Yeah, I´ve been doing alot of FILD/DEILD lately and seem to having a bit of trouble.

      When I enter the dream, lying in my bed with closed eyes I find it extremely difficult to proceed. It´s like I´m glued to my physical body and I really need to pull myself out of bed. Once I´m up I force myself to walk, and yeah, I feel like a drunk zombie. My vision is dark and blurry, I drag my legs with long steps, and I even groan cause of the exhaustion. I´m also going back and forth from dream body to physical body.

      I´m probably having this just because I´m scared of waking up. Anyone had similaire experince? tips?

      One of my first lucids, I experienced this too. I rolled out of bed in a FA and I was just bogged down and everything swirled around me as if falling asleep in my dream! I think I attributed it to me ACTUALLY being really tired. There was still some kind of connection to my physical body that was literally tired and the projection of myself. Just a theory
