      Can't get past SP

      Not sure where this goes, so I'll just put it here.

      Every time I try to go into SP, I have this uncontrollable urge to swallow, which breaks me out.
      Last night I had to try about four times until I just became too awake.

      I'm positive it was SP because there was a static buzzing in my left ear, weight on my chest, no moving, etc.

      So how do I not swallow?

      I'm running into that same problem too, every time I start to relax I have an overwhelming urge to swallow

      I have this problem when I go to bed at night but it does not seem to be as bad when I'm trying to nap on the couch.
