      Cool Tips for staying lucid and dream recall

      I just had a lucid dream(first one, first try), I noticed how it was awesome, lolz. I need help with my dream recall is there anything I can do to improve it(I want to remember by lucid dreams for vividly) and also any techniques on staying lucid(i was very excited, and strangely AS SOON as I entered the dream I said to my self, "Wait i am alseep, REALITY CHECK TIME!". I pitched my nose and was able to breathe!
