      Cool Tips for staying lucid and dream recall

      I just had a lucid dream(first one, first try), I noticed how it was awesome, lolz. I need help with my dream recall is there anything I can do to improve it(I want to remember by lucid dreams for vividly) and also any techniques on staying lucid(i was very excited, and strangely AS SOON as I entered the dream I said to my self, "Wait i am alseep, REALITY CHECK TIME!". I pitched my nose and was able to breathe!

      Hi mike!

      I would use some simple mantras throughout the day to reinforce dream recall. I think that the information can be easily found in the Tutorials section, as far as staying lucid!

      Are you keeping a Dream Journal? If not, you should really start.

      If you keep a dream journal, which you should to help, you should also jot some things down right when you awaken from a dream. When I don't do this, i forget the entire or most of the dream. Check out the site, there are many different ways to assist you.
