      Exclamation Brilliant timing - Stress

So I decided to come back to Lucid Dreaming about a week or so ago. I've been doing RC's and keeping the DJ like usual. The frustrating thing is that just as I pick it back up, there have been quite a few stressful things in my personal life that have happened.

Thus my dream recall has plummeted and I've lost quite a bit of motivation. I was doing ok at first but I've been so focused on other things, I haven't had the chance to be consistent enough in the past few days.

I didn't remember any of my dreams last night. Not even a fragment. Just blank. This is worse than before I picked up LDing.

I'm just a little worried that I'll lose interest and forget about it again. I've only had 1 LD and that was waaay back in September. I really want to carry on with this, but I'm struggling to manage with the dream-blocking stress.

Yeah i had that recall problem last night as well, really frustrating!!!
Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night? i do all the time, it's usually really easy to remember dreams then, write them down then if you do, even if you don't feel like it , it helps alot.
Also i find if i suddenly wake up with a purpose in mind it absolutely wrecks my recall for the rest of the day, stress probably isn't to good for that?
      Stay Motivated!!
