I can't say if it'll help with LD, but I've found that eating anything really weird before bed, usually gives me REALLY strange dreams. I love salt n vinegar chips, (my latest craving has been Salt n Vinegar Snackwell potato thins) and they give me the weirdest dreams.

I don't mind weird dreams, because there's always a higher chance I 'may' realize I'm dreaming during one of them.

I'm giving the B6 vitamins a try now. I took a couple a few nights ago, didn't take any last night so we'll see how tonight goes.
