First of all, don't give up! Keep working towards it. I don't know for certain, but it seems that there's not enough clarity in your dreams. Your mind is still a bit fuzzy and that could be for one reason or another. Either you're still fairly asleep or just something else.

I'd recommend forming a plan for exactly what you're going to do when you become lucid. Try rubbing your hands together or against a wall, smell the air, listen to the sounds around you, and look at your dreamscape. Focus on the dream and remind yourself that you're dreaming. Then, if you want to fly, jump in the air and start flying. If you want to go spelunking, find a cave or start digging. Don't wait around for things to change. Make things happen and remind yourself that you're lucid and still dreaming.

Some people would argue that you are lucid. In some sense, there really is no "sort of lucid." Either you know you're dreaming or you don't. Take the fact that you have gotten this far as good progress! You're headed in the right direction and if you keep up the good work, you'll have satisfying LDs in time. Everyone's dreams are different and everyone progresses at a different pace, so don't think that just because you aren't getting the same results as someone else you're not doing as well. These are your dreams. Enjoy them! Have fun and keep working to achieve your goals. You'll get there in time.

Also, stress kills. If you allow yourself to get overwhelmed by the fact that you're not where you want to be, that stress won't help you one bit. Again, relax and enjoy the ride. Don't give up.
