Do you have to keep a dream jorunal in order to lucid dream? Thats not working out with me. I rember my dreams, and review them through my head during the day, i even sometimes look it up in a dream dictonary. And if am peforming a WILD do i keep my eyes closed or open my eyes while am laying in my bed, if you can post a good lesson on WILD, that would be really helpfull, thank you.
