Nightmares I can barely even remember

The last two days I have been trying to use MILD at night to have a lucid dream, but everytime I do it I wake up in the middle of the night in a different room in my house. If I ask someone how I got there they say I told them I had a nightmare. When I try to remeber the night mare I can't I can only remeber the discomfort of constantly waking up then falling back to sleep. Could this be because i am trying to hard before I fall asleep?

hmm... sleepwalking? If so wouldn't that mean that your body isnt going into sleep paralysis? If so Couldn't that mean you could get a lucid dream but because your body isnt paralyzed you would try to act them out? If so I imagine things could get dangerous lol.
